Since the 1st of the year, I’ve added 45 minutes of aerobics/cardio to my non-existent exercise regimen. I work out about 4-5 times a week. Which is a vast improvement on 4-5 times over the past 6 years. I’ve also been trying to watch what I eat. It’s time to step it up! I’m thinking that I should start eating a lot more veggies and lean meats. Portion control is also something that I’m actively working on. It’s time for a fitter and stronger version of myself.
